This has been my toughest year as a coach. one I never saw coming.

Track is like science and if you watch closely I stopped sprinting 50-60m into the race because I caught a cramp but I deeply believe this would’ve been my 10.1 or 10.2 race if I would’ve kept my same striding momentum instead of pushing more. I’ll be back stronger and trust me it’ll happen.
