Talking of entitlement, Mr Yelland is a fan of Manchester City who are currently facing 115 charges of alleged financial skullduggery which if they’re found guilty, will mean City weren’t entitled to many of their League titles won since the alleged cheating began in 2008.

Arsenal don’t seem to understand why they are hated by every other club. Is it the cheating? Is it the inexplicable decisions by Premier League referees? Partly. And they deny both. But mainly it is the lack of class, the sense of entitlement… I have never known a team so despised…. when you are Champions you have to stay humble and they have not.

I don’t understand the anger about the golf ball roll back. It will make no difference whatsoever to the average golfer and puts golf back on a path of sustainability. It will also help bring back certain skills in the pro game that have been eradicated over the past 2 decades. The people who are upset about this decision shouldn’t be mad at the governing bodies, they should be mad at elite pros and club/ball manufacturers because they didn’t want bifurcation. The governing bodies presented us with that option earlier this year. Elite pros and ball manufacturers think bifurcation would negatively affect their bottom lines, when in reality, the game is already bifurcated. You think we play the same stuff you do? They put pressure on the governing bodies to roll it back to a lesser degree for everyone. Bifurcation was the logical answer for everyone, but yet again in this game, money talks.

🚨 The Football Association has opened an investigation into Southampton over the 'Spygate' saga.
Saints have been expelled from the Championship playoffs and docked four points for next season. They now can't appeal again against these punishment.
The FA will look into specific individuals, including Tonda Eckert. Southampton are considering whether it is appropriate to sack Eckert as well.
The FA has the power to charge the club and even impose a ban on individuals. There is an appeal process if further sanctions.
