Lots of discussion about CA Supreme Ct decision in Adoph v. Uber. My question though, is why is the LWDA still underfunded (after 25 years of PAGA) and PAGA still "needed" if the LWDA collects $100m in penalties? Seems more about revenue collection than Labor Code enforcement
