Manchester City previously only had one stand named at the Etihad Stadium. The Colin Bell Stand after arguably the club’s greatest player. Statues have become the norm for legendary players. Now it makes sense for the club’s greatest manager to be recognised this way.

Quite simply, the greatest. Not only did he embrace Manchester City and its history, he embraced Manchester and ITS history. He’s changed English football and provided so many unforgettable moments. And this is just a beautiful sign off 👇
