let's see they quoted based on work effort including driving there and back. 2 people @50/hr ea 6 hrs. to clean a place the renters obviously didn't care or would have done it themselves. got to look at it as it didn't cost them a $1,000.00

Being an owner , every month it seems is a story. This w / somewhat reputable renters until they get out over their ski's on debt. Not my issue. We have a state approved contract. Here is agreement, no we can't just once let it slide cause when we go to court, I violated it.
