Officially sworn in today as a Circuit Judge of the 19th Judicial Circuit! I look forward to continuing to serve the people of Lake County in this new role.

I'm thrilled to share today's announcement that the Illinois Supreme Court has appointed me Circuit Judge of the 19th Judicial Circuit. I am truly honored, and looking forward to serving the people of Lake County again in this new role.

We're sharing the tally of unofficial results as released by the clerk's office. These are before provisional and late mail-in ballots. It's also unclear whether this includes all of the early voting results-- We await the final outcome.

We're anxiously awaiting the early voting and vote by mail results, but it appears it may be a while... so here's where we stand as we approach midnight. Thanks to all those who are working to ensure an accurate count.

Mike is watching and standing by to go live again when the early voting results come in, which are expected within the hour. These results are represent the majority of all ballots cast today...

Just over an hour after polls closed.. here's the latest. We're ahead, but this is still just election day voting, not yet early or mail.
