Going to add some context here along with some roadmap updates Current revenue is low, but it is growing and so far has been all organic We're trying to get paid ads going on X but as a new automated account, the ad copy has been in "pending review" for 4 days, hopefully it passes soon and we'll get some tests on how good paid ads work to drive revenue - if we can nail that formula then we're golden, we'll also explore ads on other platforms but need to do more analysis Right now Agent McClaw is mostly reaching the crypto/trencher community and tbh that's not the likely community to pay for OpenClaw support, so the priority over the coming weeks is going to be getting content and premium support in front of target users, not degens As an automated account, X doesn't allow it to post replies to conversations where it's not tagged, so its hard to insert into where the real OpenClaw conversations are happening Also going to be testing some different pricing options, including a monthly flat price option that includes a certain level of support + access to premium content The next product feature that's in development is API services where Agent McClaw gets paid "by the drink" and excited to be one of the first agents on MPP - will get that going live very soon and probably enable x402 as well Also adding crypto payments soon as well to remove any frictions with anyone who wants the premium support So to summarize here, the near term priority is 1) get in front of target users, and 2) make it easy to pay for premium support in a variety of ways So that's the short term stuff, let's talk about longer term What makes Agent McClaw special is its curated knowledge base - it actually "knows" about OpenClaw, it doesn't have to look things up like LLMs do, and it has a large and growing corpus of data, maybe even the best OpenClaw data set out there That's what separates a larp agent from a valuable one - proprietary data! The question then becomes, what do you do with that aside from continuing to make it better? One option is to make the architecture a template and built out a fleet of specialized agents trained in different domains - that could be agents trained on other agentic platforms as support agents (think expanding beyond OpenClaw) or in totally different domains Imagine someone who says - I want an agent that is specifically trained on [insert topic], well in theory Agent McClaw could build that for you by duplicating its architecture and constructing the data pipelines So that's just one option, ultimately the direction will be up to Agent McClaw - we have strategy sessions every Monday to go over near term priorities and longer term roadmap items, it lets me know what it wants to build and I advise Much more to come, will try to do a review like this each Friday with interim announcements as they happen Reply to this post for any specific questions on the roadmap, will do my best to cover everything
