So you think writing off all the debts, getting the stadium, keeping all the players leaves us in a worse position?

@cwrobinson_ We wouldn’t have been able to spend the money or get any replacements in. These players were all going. They are still here. So given we are in the midst of a multi multi pound takeover, we are in a better position. Where would that 100s of thousand have gone? Another black hole

@MikeRustySee I’d say we are in a worst position today than we was 6 weeks ago. From a player sale point of view we could have made hundreds of thousands in fees, today I understand plays can walk for free.

Even if the players do get paid next week, that isn’t the end of this. The ripple effects will be big and long lasting. Players trust will be out of the window, heads rightly all over the show and will be impossible for them to perform to their best. A complete and utter mess.

It’s gunna take time but there aren’t many excuses for the performance on the pitch. Its an ageing squad

Matt Shaw strikes again. The player contract states players get paid at the end of the month which is tomorrow. If the players are not paid tomorrow then there's an issue.
