@droppedballs_fb There's definitely some wild slides that happen on those. I usually just try to not pick someone that consensus generally has going way higher, just to try to keep my mocks decently in line with "reality". People are always going to have opinions though, so it is what it is.

We do know that these mock draft sites set their draft boards and not the individuals that are doing mock drafts right? If a good player is there in the 3rd or 4th or whatever and they get picked, that’s on the site, not on the person doing the mock. Take your qualms up with them lmao.

As the Colts’ roster currently stands, both Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and Akeem Davis-Gaither have a chance to start this season. Davis-Gaither would be a clear starter at LB while Westbrook-Ikhine would compete with Ashton Dulin for a starting WR role. Still a long way to go and more moves are expected, but both give the Colts solid depth options at worst and starting upside at best. Really like both signings for Indy.

@scott_adkins13 @HolderStephen Whether an impact pass rusher was signed or not, these moves needed to happen. There was essentially just PS guys at LB & a need at WR w/ Pitt gone. They have to fill out a 90 man roster so not every signing will be an impact FA & that's ok.

@TheDestinAdams There's a possibility they've got some loose agreements with players, hoping to be able to wait until after the draft to sign them to not affect comp picks. I'm not sure that would sway me from signing impactful players, but its clear that things haven’t gone their way this FA.

This is exactly why you wait to trade AR His value is the lowest it could be rn I know Jones is expected to be good to go by Week 1, but there could be setbacks Keep AR, let him play all 3 preszn games, let him ~potentially~ start Week 1 (if DJ isn’t recovered), & then trade AR

The Fields trade is a good predictor of ARs projected trade value. While there’s certainly more upside, you have to imagine the orbital bone fracture will play a big role in what the Colts will be able to get. I think a conditional Day 3 pick is probably what you’re eyeing

@Nelliano267 @mchappell51 I don't either at this point. I think part of allowing him to seek a trade was for his camp to realize what his actual market is at the moment. He needs to use the TC/Preseason battle with Leonard for QB2 as his audition for other teams.

@mchappell51 IMO I don’t think AR gets traded. Ballard and Shane have to know the rehab process coming off a serious Achilles injury like DJ and I don’t think Riley Leonard is ready.

@ColtsFilmRoom 💯 A 6th or 7th rounder would be terrible value for Richardson. Let TC & the preseason be his audition tape for other teams to both remind them of his physical ability & that he's healthy again. A late day 3 pick would tell me CB just wants to get rid of him & not get any value.

While I was a big proponent of trading AR before the season after Daniel Jones was announced the starter, right now I think it’s best to try and maximize his value by holding onto him and seeing how the QB landscape shapes up

@HolderStephen Based on the current roster, that's a scary proposition. Woehler is intriguing but a lis frac injury is a tough recovery so he can't be counted on. The rest are PS quality.

Some costly penalties that negated big plays, the sideline fan interaction, the Dawkins scuffle, & apparently "fake tough guy" act has a lot to do with it. His play not being great makes all of that worse.

Gotta be honest, I don’t really understand why Jets fans hate Clemons so much lol. Like he’s a 4th/5th rusher that got way too much playing time last year but you can do so much worse. Big, powerful defensive end with a fun cross chop. Solid depth player

Micheal Clemons' go-to moves as a pas rusher are his speed to power bull rush (does this most of the time) and his cross chop. His cross chop is actually awesome when he hits it, while the bull rush is pretty hit or miss
