Had the opportunity to attend the UPP mastermind hosted by @MikeStromsoe and his team. Most agency owners are buried in the day-to-day—renewals, servicing policies, carrier questions, staffing. It’s easy to spend all your energy working in the business. But in a room of high performers focused on working on their businesses, the conversations change: • How do we build systems that scale? • How do we attract better clients? • How do we attract better talent? Big reminder: growth rarely happens without intention. Grateful for the conversations, ideas, and relationships.
