With the Lions facing Matthew Stafford this week, it’s a good reminder of how transformative one strategic decision can be. The Goff trade wasn’t just a transaction. It became the foundation for an entire roster rebuild and ultimately produced key leaders and playmakers across the team. And to be fair, it was a win for both sides. The Rams made their move, pushed their chips in, and earned a Super Bowl with Stafford. Strong organizations prioritize alignment. They make moves that support culture, long-term goals, and collective growth. The Lions are now a different franchise because of it. Business is no different. Talent, timing, and long-term thinking matter!
