@JoeYerdon @SaraCivian Do something every day. No excuses. Ever. It doesn’t have to be a big thing. And usually in the beginning it’s small things. But try to make it a habit. It needs to start to feel “different” to not put the work in, as opposed to feeling different when you do.

I literally spend so much time at the gym and lift so hard and bike so far and do it every single day I'm still shocked that it works and I like how I look LMAO. Like what did I think was going to happen?
