If Rutter can’t play the pass into minteh he’d be forced back and they could switch to the other side But VDV allows the pass and Romero is exactly in line with minteh. If VDV even just delays Rutter 1 milisec then mintehs off

@TonyPot15280928 @FathalliMo Agree to disagree, my main issue is van de ven stepping out and still allowing that ball to be played. For me Romero couldn’t have done much more and even with slightly better positioning, minteh still scores

@TonyPot15280928 @FathalliMo Romero could’ve been slightly more to the left sure (even though you’re underestimating the speed of van de ven and how quickly he pressed his man). Either way odobert was closer and you’d argue a faster player than Romero but got nowhere close to minteh.

@FathalliMo The bigger question is why is he on the other side of the pitch, and then having been out of position why does he not hold the line and play him offside
