@Metalhead2525 Median PFS not reached: Means more than 50% of patients in study are still alive & not had a progression of their disease at 51-weeks. Median follow-up of 51 weeks:length of time the study's patients were observed, calculated using a specific statistical method.

#AVCT The safety and concentration data aren’t really anything new (are they?) so the interesting bit seems to be the SGC median PFS looking promising. Can someone who knows about these things (n.b. NOT someone who knows F all) comment on how significant this is?
