@BlondeOfWar When ULTA is out of an item and it is available in the warehouse, a store to door is processed, it is free shipping but the receipt is sent to your email as your tracking for the item is also sent there, there are no in store receipts unless an actual item is purchased in store

This woman went to ULTA to purchase a new fragrance that had recently launched. The store was out of stock so they offered to have it shipped from another location. They charged her card for $170 but as soon as the transaction ended, the cashier told her that the company was completely sold out and that her card would be credited in 3-5 business days. In addition, she was not provided a receipt showing she made an online purchase and refund. She asked for assistance, wanting proof that she would get her refund and most of her interactions with store personnel were fine but one of the people helping was rude, smacking her gum, and giggling, making light of the situation. 😡 I don't know about y'all, but I would not have handled this situation as well as this woman did. I would have been on the phone with customer service while standing at the register. I probably would have ended up in one of those Karen videos. 😒 The store maintained there was no transaction so they didn't owe her a receipt. If you took my $170 and won't give it back for 3-5 days, then there most definitely WAS a transaction!
