6A DII Playoffs: Grand Prairie vs McKinney Boyd Grand Prairie Standouts: 🔵⚫️⬇️ 2026 PG Mike Boone stood out consistently creating plays for himself and his teammates. Used his speed to beat defenders off the dribble and score at the basket and controlled the tempo of the game for his team. Made some big shots down the stretch, picked up many steals with quick hands, and showed good poise hitting two clutch free throws to seal a win. @Mike_hoops1 2027 F Steven McLeod was aggressive scoring the ball having his way in the paint. He used crafty moves and footwork to get defenders off balance to hit jumpers and layups at a high level. @MrClay2027 2029 F Felix Okam showed great touch around the rim with hook shots and layups. The lanky freshman had a huge impact in Grand Prairie’s win with his defensive effort, energy and ability to score around the rim McKinney Boyd Standouts: 🔴⚪️⬇️ 2028 F Benjamin Berrouet had a good versatile showing in this intense playoff matchup. Scored in the paint with good body control, hit a couple tough jumpers, made the right plays off the ball, and had a good block on a three pointer. @benjiberrouet10 2026 G Damien Tarver was key in McKinney Boyd’s late come back to get back into the game. Was active on defense creating turnovers, showed good touch making multiple layups through contact, and had quick reads to make the right play. Hit a three and made many cuts to either score or help his team’s offense to flow.
