@jeffalbert most of the albums are poorly produced, with the exception of Working Man's and American Beauty. Both are steeped in the Bakersfield country thing that people (the Byrds, Flying Burrito, Neil Young) were messing around with. Garca plays lots pedal steel on other sessions CSN etc

@nonsource @mrefjl2001 @pmarg @intlanthem The writer quotes me from my book and uses it to bolster his idea, even though the quote is about a time period 20-30 years prior and has nothing to do with any of the artists in his article. It makes no sense and is misleading at the very least. Journalistically irresponsible.
