Αναφέρθηκε στη φράση του Σταύρου Νταϊφά ότι «είναι όλοι νάνοι μπροστά στον Ολυμπιακό» και ευχαρίστησε τον Σωκράτη Κόκκαλη για την πρώτη μεγάλη αλλαγή του «Γ. Καραϊσκάκης». 🇩🇪 Germany is entering a historic reform cycle. Merz’s coalition agreed tax cuts, pension changes, housing measures and bureaucracy cuts. Germany plans a Swedish-style public pension fund, with contributions rising to 2% of pre-tax income by 2031 and invested in equities and productive assets. Europe needs the same model. The EU needs pension reform that pushes more capital into productive European assets, not debt and real estate. Changing pension systems and contributions could unlock trillions for European companies. Tuesday’s avg was still >€200/MWh. Why? Wind generation collapsed. Plenty of sun. Almost no wind. Costly electricity.

🇪🇺 Europe’s energy independence starts with batteries and grids. Batteries store surplus renewable power and release it when demand rises, while grids move Iberian solar, Nordic hydro and North Sea wind across Europe. Modern HVDC lines can move that electricity across Europe with losses of only around 3.5% per 1,000 km. Annual battery installations could reach 138 GWh by 2030, but Europe still needs around 780 GWh of storage capacity. Many Europeans may not see the benefits today, but within a few decades this infrastructure will give Europe massive energy independence.

Per The Information, the Trump administration asked OpenAI to stagger the release of GPT-5.6 over security concerns. CEO Sam Altman told staff the model will roll out in a limited preview, with the government "approving access customer by customer" during the preview period. The request came out of talks with two agencies, the Office of the National Cyber Director and the Office of Science and Technology Policy. This is the pattern now hardening into policy. Days ago Washington blocked all foreign access to Anthropic's most advanced models and forced the company to cut off customers entirely. Now OpenAI's frontier release is being throttled the same way. Notably, Anthropic wasn't even invited to the recent feedback session that included OpenAI, Meta, and Reflection AI, days before the export controls dropped.
