Lousy weather in DC, took my little guy to the mall to get some new hoop shoes. Took me back to Irving’s Sports with my pop getting my first Dr. J’s. I was over the moon. Unbelievable!! I use my own @Apple Watch to screen patients(i have 2!) this NVAF F developed CHF due rapid AFib, we anticoagulated for 3 weeks with Apixaban 5 bd, then did a TEE that was clear, DC Cardioverted which was initially successful, then led to big CVA!! On Apixaban! 😢
