Because it’s Mothers Day … The baby is Amy my redhead. I was 27 she was about a week old This was taken just before brother Ben,yellow wellies jumped off a high wall and put his top teeth through his bottom lip. Ton was somewhere else and Edward came 3 years later! Lipstick too

That’s wonderful, Joe. Though you get more brutal weather than us in the UK. I live in Yorkshire. Snow was a regular and magical “feature” of winter when I was a kid. Grandparents used to say, “I’ll be glad to see the back of it”. A rare occurrence here these days. Still magical, though.

Winter has been long and tough We have gotten snow basically every week usually a couple times a week I feel so ready for it to melt away and be done Then we get another little dusting to clean things up around the edges a bit. And despite it all I can't deny its magic, still.

It's not that life is short (although it seems a lot shorter once past 50), but that we waste time on inconsequential things that don't bring us joy. Have that beer. Take that walk. Spend quality time with loved ones. Whatever. Enjoy your day as best you can.
