@LMC89543 So the honest Dorothy Bain isn't all that honest. She needs locked up along with her man. Corruption right at the very top.

She told Parliament they only update government on criminal cases to: • Protect the rule of law
• Safeguard prosecutorial independence
• Provide limited factual information
• Ensure political considerations play no role That’s the official line. Here’s what disclosed records actually show they brief on: • Strategic analysis of appeal grounds
• Assessing whether courts criticised the Crown
• Preparing media “lines to take”
• Monitoring campaign supporters and social media
• Flagging reputational “sensitivities”
• Calling public criticism “discredited speculation”
• Labelling defence claims “inaccurate” That’s not just neutral factual updates. That’s strategic briefing.
That’s political awareness.
That’s reputation management.
That’s narrative positioning.
That’s evaluative commentary about critics. Don’t tell the public and parliament it’s about protecting independence while running coordinated narrative control behind the scenes.

@SparkyTheWomble @Pooliemags1Ttv Quite easily. Luke Mitchell for the murder of Jodi Jones. Fully circumstantial case. Will eventually be Scotland's Andrew Malkinson. Happens far more often than people in the UK know. The system is flawed/corrupt and only conviction numbers count.

Just finished that Lucy letby documentary on Netflix… all it’s done is strengthen the case that she did do it and the defence have no evidence to suggest she didn’t other than theory She was on shift for every one of the babies that collapsed so they moved her from the night shift to day shift and suddenly it started during the day instead and babies on the night were getting better Not to mention she had confidential documents in her cupboard on the babies that had died in order what suggest serial killer trophy collection Mental this is even been debated by people…

@LMC89543 @SHenderson63700 @onlythekeeperta Blood and sperm confirmed to be Kelly's. No other samples have been matched. A partial to Luke, which let's be honest isn't a match no matter how you spin it. Correct me if I'm wrong.

A Closer Look at the Luke Mitchell Case There’s one detail in this case that raises important questions — the explanation surrounding the t-shirt said to belong to Janine. Sperm belonging to Stephen Kelly (the fiancé of Jodi’s older sister, Janine) was found on the t-shirt Jodi was wearing. In court, this was explained away by saying the shirt was actually Janine’s, and that Jodi must have borrowed it. However, if that explanation is correct, it leads to a clear inconsistency.
If the t-shirt did belong to Janine, and the semen came from her fiancé, that would suggest the shirt had been worn by Janine during or after sexual contact — meaning it wasn’t freshly washed. So why was Janine’s DNA not detected on the t-shirt? If it truly was her clothing, some trace of her DNA would reasonably be expected. This detail may seem small, but it highlights one of many aspects of the case that simply doesn’t add up — and yet was accepted without proper scrutiny. Donate ⬇️ crowdjustice.com/case/help-brin…

@LMC89543 You also have to add in that Janine and Jodi lived at different houses. Makes the borrowing of the t-shirt, a dirty one at that even less likely to be true.

@MikeyTaylor2005 @winterman1975 @WhatTheyF Please explain and point out where she lied? Its obvious Luke went straight to the V, they kept walking, Luke hands the leash to AW, lM shouts out and they go back to the V Take your blinkers off

@OurKingWilliam @winterman1975 @WhatTheyF She even seen her gran and Steven walk away from V but not Luke. Thought granny was holding Mia by her lead at the V. Like it or not Janine Jones is a liar and changed her story to fit up Luke.

@OurKingWilliam @winterman1975 @WhatTheyF O I understand it. J1 on Janine's is how far past V they were when Luke turned back, again opposite Jodi, J2 is how much further her and Steven went. Why if Luke went straight to V, went over and shouted would her and Kelly continue to walk further to J2 and not turn back?

@BobbyBlue116474 @AnaJusticeLMJJ @WhatTheyF Janine also originally claimed Luke and Mia had reached location of Jodi's body, marked as X1 which was pathside. It's all in her transcript. Janines story changed and can be proven, she's a bare faced liar.

why so angry calm down ffs@BobbyBlue116474·
@AnaJusticeLMJJ @WhatTheyF 1 - Ok so Luke claims the dog reacted at the spot where Jodi’s body lay. The others don’t. 1- the gran can’t remember the dog reacting at all but it did so we can rule her out. Kelly’s DNA is on Jodi, so for that reason I struggle to believe his account at all

@OurKingWilliam @winterman1975 @WhatTheyF Have you actually read the transcript in question? Janine Jones that is. X1 was pathside next to X woodland side which was location of Jodi's body. Amazing she had Luke and Mia that far down but in court directly to V. Fk off if you think that's believable.

@OurKingWilliam @winterman1975 @WhatTheyF Obviously better than you do William. To make it clearer for you as your acting daft as per usual. X1 is past the V. When Janine Jones said "no" she lied. Her diagram had already placed Luke past the V.

@winterman1975 @WhatTheyF The changes in Janine and Stevens statements are obvious both HAD to rule out Mia reacting. Janine also had Luke past the V before any changes hence the reason he knew to go left. Add in factors like Alice knew exactly were to go and it's clear those 3 are covering for someone.

@winterman1975 @WhatTheyF @winterman1975 Alice probably didn't see Luke going back to V but Janine 100% did. X1 is were Janine originally said Luke reached on path. X1 just so happens to be path side directly opposite to were Jodi was found. X1 is exactly were Mia reacted.

@WhatTheyF Hadn't mrs Walker fallen behind by the time they reached the 'v' ? If so she wouldn't have seen Luke stopping and doubling back to the hole in the wall!

Recap On the night of Jodi’s murder, her jacket, T-shirt, trousers, underpants, bra, and socks were all removed and tested by forensic scientists. According to section 5.40 of the 2014 SCCRC statement of reasons (highlighted in red on the attached document), one of these samples was identified as a contact bloodstain matching Stephen Kelly — Jodi’s sister’s fiancé. This raises a serious issue: if the SCCRC itself classified the DNA as a contact bloodstain, why was the “washing machine theory” ever considered? A contact stain can only result from direct transfer, not a superficial or secondary process like washing. The SCCRC’s own wording confirms contact, which should have ruled out the washing machine explanation entirely. To add to this, soil was also found within the sample. Where did that come from? From the crime scene, most likely — not from a washing machine. In section 3, the SCCRC addresses a separate sample found on Jodi’s trousers. These were the same trousers used to bind her hands behind her back — a clear crime-specific detail. Shockingly, this sample wasn’t detected until 2014, nine years into Luke’s sentence. The SCCRC concluded that the DNA was male and likely semen. It was confirmed not to belong to Jodi or Luke, yet the source was never identified. Worse, the Crown had previously refused to release samples, and the SCCRC never insisted they hand them over. If the DNA could not be matched on the National Database (NDNAD), why was Stephen Kelly’s profile — whose sperm was already found on Jodi’s T-shirt — not compared against it? In summary A 14-year-old boy was convicted on weak circumstantial evidence. Today, at 37, he remains in prison. His life has been destroyed, while multiple DNA samples of blood and semen — none of which belong to him — remain unexplained. Meanwhile, the real perpetrator is free, and crucial evidence is still unaccounted for. That is the Scottish justice system in action: utterly unacceptable. #GetHimOutNow #JusticeForLuke Donate ⬇️ crowdjustice.com/case/help-brin…

When you factor in all the things that had to have happened on the day, according to the police narrative of events, then it is impossible. As Grok concludes having went through all the timings.
