Long story short, got injured at the football in August and was out for 12 weeks, eating bad and boozing. By October I was 75kg so started the gym. Joined the 8 week challenge in January on a whim to help with the accountability. Maybe need to postpone retirement now ⚽️ 💪🏼 🏃 💨
