I can't stress this enough, DO NOT use @VividSeats I bought a Super Bowl ticket through them & not only are they reneging on that, I wouldn't have known about it til game day if I wouldn't have called them. Their terms & conditions say plenty, yet they don't honor them

Never purchasing tickets on @VividSeats again. Bought onsite parking for SB LVI. There is no onsite parking. Put the address for the lot on the pass & it’s 31 min away. It never was onsite to begin with. Called 4x for refund w/ a different excuse each time. WHAT FRAUDS

@Ripple2Rick @VividSeats I’ve found the best way to thank Vivid Seats is in the form of a complaint with the BBB over at bbb.org. Only takes five minutes and hurts them like how they hurt customers.
