@ThermomixUSA @UKThermomix @thermomixar - Purchased a Thermomix in Dubai 8 moths ago. Have used it for 4 months on and off in Argentina, already broken!!!!! I have taken it to Thermomix Argentina to be repaired 4 days ago - didn't think i would need to do this after 4 months!!! - They have asked me to pay $400 to join Thermomix club before they can even look at it for a potential repair. Most ridiculous money grabbing thing i have seen from an expensive "well respected" piece of equipment that was meant to "last forever". This was never mentioned before dropping it off and was told repairs would be double the price because the different country of purchase - the Thermomix club was randomly thrown in there today and they are now holding the machine ransom. @ThermomixUSA @thermomixar @UKThermomix anything that can be done here?
