We seek 2 post docs to join our group working on atmospheric methane removal (AMR) in trees. These exciting projects (👇🏼) seek to build on our recent @nature discovery of global AMR by trees. These projects combine flux msrmnts, global modelling & microbial ecology. Pls RT 🙏🏼

We have successfully started the first phase of our lab experiment. Our microcosms have been put to the climate chamber. Interesting times ahead with hopes of some valuable results. @peatlandn2o

Getting ready for our late summer lab experiment, which begins with getting peat. We will plant some birch saplings in bucket size microcosms and observe N-cycle via isotope and microbiome analysis. @peatlandn2o @Kazmi_FahadAli @unitartu

Had the pleasure of meeting with Prof. Vincent Gauci from University of Birmingham and we had a beautiful discussion on CH4 fluxes from tree stems and their impact on global budget.
