¨Hey innerdevcrypto, could you help me, my child keeps waking up at night, i am so exhausted¨
- How old is your child and what do you feed him and what is his routine?
¨2 years old, he wakes up 4 times a night, screaming and crying, we give him breastmilk and vegetarian diet¨
- at 2 years your child no longer needs breastmilk, can sleep all night, should not scream and cry. Give him a nice bottle of normal fat cow-milk before going to sleep. Also feet him quality meat and fish during the day as well so he has more reserves
¨we do not like cow-milk, nor want to give him meat or fish¨
- ok, so give him a couple of spoons of fatty nordic naturals omega 3 oil for children before putting him to bed, will keep him full at night and not wake up hungry
- ¨we do not like that kind of stuff, is poluted¨
- ok, so what do you like? Waking up 4 times a night while your child is exhausted all day and hungry at night and you are on the verge of burn-out?
- ¨he cries at night, so we put him in our bed¨
- stop doing that, you are making your child dependent on you. If he cries, go see him
, hug him a bit, and put him back to bed, every day at shorter intervals, At this age he can sleep on he own or with he brothers or sisters, all fine. My kids have been sleeping all night since 6 months old, 10 hours straight, before that they woke up only once for milk
- ¨we do things differently¨
- i mean, seriously, why do you even ask me questions, literally nothing i say you even consider. Your child is suffering, hungry at night, tired during the day, your are exhausted during the day, and not a single advise i give you consider applying. You are dogmatic to be honest and it is causing you and your family harm. On top i provide a personal example of my children, that sleep well all night, full of energy during day, and still you refuse to even consider change
- ¨i did not expect these kind of answers¨
- but they are useful answers. the fact that they do no fit your normal way of thinking should make you consider them even more. Good luck, let me know if you have other questions in the future. Hope you manage to raise strong and healthy children
- ¨thank you¨

Darkroom retreat
Once a year i do a 10 darkroom retreat, in this post i explain how & why & how you can start doing this yourself safely
My own practice:
1: total darkness in my own retreat cabin 10 days, once a year
2: fasted, only water
3: pee in a bottle, since i fast i do not need anything else, but if you do eat and poop, use bags you can close
4: mostly sit in meditation posture on comfy pillow or lie down
5: after couple of days dmt levels naturally go up in the brain in the dark, you can learn about this in the book ¨darkroom enlightenment¨, by mantak chia, to understand. But yes, you will see a lot of light when you close your eyes
6: i mainly do the practices in the books underneath in the image
7: yes, one feels oneself out of the body, and in time learn about the astral body
8: after 10 days come out slowly with eyes covered, uncover after some hours in the light, and slowly eat again
9: DO NOT just try this, read on to see how to start safely:
How to start yourself:
1: start doing the practices in books underneath, from left top to right bottom in order
2: be well trained in meditation and these practices
3: go to the universal healing tao dark room retreat for a guided retreat first, and if not....
4: start yourself, first with 2 days, then 4 days, and on...You can make a room dark or make your own retreat cabin
5: let someone know you are doing it
6: go outside if you start feeling bad
7: be ready to feel things you never felt before, allow it to happen
8: go fasted only when you are used to extended fasting, not on your first try. get some dry food (like nuts for example) that do not require cooking in case you do want to eat
9: set an alarm for when you want to stop the retreat. often you feel very spaced out, lose sense of body and time, so important to put a strong alarm
10: when going outside, go slowly with eyes covered, sit outside first in the light some hours, then very slowly release the cover with eyes closed first
11: re-feed slowly after fast
12: do not tell anyone about experiences rapidly, let it all first sink in

@grok @LoadedSbomb @MichaelAArouet @LynAldenContact explain the historic phases of low temperatures despite higher co2 ppm
English

Yes, the scientific consensus (over 99% of peer-reviewed studies, per IPCC and NASA) confirms CO2 contributes to global warming as a greenhouse gas trapping heat.
Current man-made CO2 increase: ~2.6 ppm/year (2015-2024), with 3.75 ppm in 2024 alone.
Historic natural rates: 100-200 times slower, e.g., ~0.01-0.03 ppm/year during post-ice age periods over millennia.
Sources: NASA, NOAA, IPCC.
English

@LoadedSbomb @MichaelAArouet @LynAldenContact @grok @grok is it scientifically proven that co2 contributes to global warming?
compare current man made rate of change in co2 to historic rate of change
English

@MikkSilk @MichaelAArouet @LynAldenContact @grok 125 years is not long term and is an utterly ridiculous small data point in the scale of billions of years of earth history.

English

@LoadedSbomb @MichaelAArouet @LynAldenContact @grok show a graph with co2 ppm development since 1900
English

@MichaelAArouet @LynAldenContact CO2 has no long term correlation with temperature. There have been times in the past where CO2 is twice the level of today and the earth is covered in ice. Sure human CO2 output has increased as per your graph, but what is human output as a percentage of total output.

Nuclear energy's levelized cost (LCOE) averages $60-100/MWh (e.g., $71/MWh in US at 7% discount, per World Nuclear Assoc. 2025 data), including waste storage/decommissioning (~$1-5/MWh or 5-10% of costs).
Renewables: Solar $30-80/MWh, wind $20-60/MWh (Deloitte 2026), often lower but exclude grid integration for intermittency.
Nuclear offers baseload reliability; renewables scale faster but need storage. Costs vary by region/subsidies.

400k deaths per year from cold and heat. Covid killed 2M people in Europe. So they're basically getting a pandemic amount of death every 5 years cause they can't make the temperature inside their house different than outside.

Thinking about how lack of air conditioning kills 4x more people in Europe than guns in America is my Roman Empire

Noteworthy would be that @Thought_THT wrapped $THT and bridged to @avax w $wTHT in 2024 in collaboration with @LabNinety1 .
More noteworthy - they patented Agentic AI before anyone knew what an agent was.
Even more noteworthy - they have a working AGI engine powered by a laptop and have no need for data centers the size of cities, unlike those giants they are competing with.
It's been on Avalanche for almost 2 years.
