@LambrielVT I'd also kinda disagree with the last point, so I mod for my amazing friend and she tends to go quiet for a while when locking in if its something that requires to focus its where i as a mod step in and talk with chat in chat basically until she can anwser.

I spent the last few days browsing 100 new and smaller VTubers to see what might drive away new viewers, and this is what caught my attention: - 12 VTubers had follower-only mode on, making it harder to encourage first time chats. - 19 VTubers had pre-roll ads enabled, where most people will simply leave instead of waiting. - 52 VTubers went over 30 seconds without speaking or commenting on their games. This is excluding things like audio balance issues and lacking "polish" that comes with experience. If you want to find success, please understand that your stream experience and content matters MOST. Review your vods, and constantly look at yourself from the perspective of a viewer. It's not worth your time to chase after shortcuts. Even if you have a short go viral, if those new eyes come to your stream and the experience is bad, you'll lose them forever. I'm a firm believer that knowledge shouldn't be gatekept, and even if some of these things seem obvious, a reminder can always be helpful. Feel free to ask questions or talk about your own experiences as well!!

Genuinely, if your account is mostly based around just trying to make people angry, trying to own people, or generally just get under people's skin, I'm blocking it. I don't care what views you're promoting, even if I agree with them, being negative and a dick for fun is not something I want in my community or on my feed. Be a good egg ✌️
