Afghan Pashtun tribal politics has now reached American soil. This man, Ezatullah Famir, a well-known online racist and bigot against Persian-speaking communities, reportedly tried to disrupt the peace today during Eid prayer at a local Muslim community in the state of Ohio. He was arguing with and pressuring the local imam to publicly condemn Pakistan on his behalf.
However, some Pakistanis were present at the Eid prayer and intervened to calm the situation. During the confrontation, he pushed one of them in the chest. Unfamiliar with U.S. law and the consequences of such actions, he continued provoking the situation, which led the Pakistani man to defend himself and physically confront him. He was later arrested by the police and informed that the mosque had officially issued a trespass order against him, meaning he is no longer permitted to enter the mosque.

Soviet VDV paratroopers train Afghan commandos and use nunchaku, just a year before the Soviet withdrawal from Afghanistan, in Kabul, 1988. Republic of Afghanistan. At this point in time, most Afghan commandos were part of the newly-formed “Airborne Assault Commando Troops”.

The Taliban moved around 400 addicts to an unknown location before burning the camp, later claiming they were killed & their bodies vanished.
However, no trace of such casualties exists nor the target was addicts camps; they r just transferred to an unknown location.

This was not injustice against Pashtu language, but a practical necessity for administration. The pictures illustrate the contrast: period when Pashtuns operated within a Persian (Dari) administrative framework, and a later period when Pashto was prioritized as the primary linguistic identity.
