PSA: Running shoes are designed for running. Don’t wear your running shoes to the gym to lift. You don’t need anything fancy to lift in. Even converse are better than your stacked running shoes.

found a phone while out running today … didn’t want to leave it because it had cc’s & an ID attached. phone photo was a guy & his wife & child … so I said “hey siri call wife” and called his wife lol. he was reunited with his phone.
