@vsbuffalo I’ve run snakemake workflows on azure (Microsoft’s competitor to AWS) using kubernetes. I imagine AWS has a similar service, but you could theoretically just spin up a small vm and run snakemake on any cloud platform github.com/milesroberts-1…
