If you’re tired… “me time” should be sleep time. Too many people trade an early night for scrolling on the sofa. It’s a poor return on investment. Not optimal. Not productive “me time.” Go to bed. Wake up better.

Burnout isn’t just tiredness. It’s a chronic stress injury of the nervous system. It shows up everywhere — energy, sleep, mood, performance. Multiple symptoms. Multiple inputs required. Rest helps. But it’s not the solution. Without changing the system, it keeps coming back.
