#10yearchallenge I started the decade in college, young and excited about what life had in store. I am ending my decade engaged to love of my life @HutchDroid394 and excited about the rest of my life with him. I am 2 years away from 30 and I can't believe how lucky I am!

@boohoo_cshelp your customer service team is terrible. I have an an going issue since november with a refund and I am currently being ignored by your Instagram,Facebook and I have even done an officially email complaint and yet again I am being ignored! You owe me money!

@MillennialMade_ @trentbartonland The good news is that very soon, there will be a fleet of brand new coaches on the Red Arrow service. That alone should improve matters

My favorite thing is paying extra for a service that constantly has busses missing @trentbartonland 7:05 RA missing (not the first time) and now the 7:15 from Derby. This is why nobody wants to commute anymore

@trentbartonland There seems to be a constant technical fault. Many of times in the mornings there is a bus or two missing and even on the way home which can take hours at this point. It's honestly exhausting at this point.

@MillennialMade_ Morning Abby. Really sorry you've had buses missing again this morning—especially when you're paying extra for a reliable service. The 7:05 RA from Derby hasn't operated this morning due to a technical issue with the bus and totally get how this makes commuting feel impossible.

@trentbartonland 6.30 red Arrow missing and 6.45 cancelled, means not everyone is going to be able to get 6.55 and the 7.05 is cancelled. Another great service.
