You failed @FlyFrontier and CEO @Barry_biffle. Your DFW gate crew repeatedly told passengers to LAX that a delayed flight for a mechanical issue was going to leave and the plane was fixed, only to send out a gate agent prior to the anticipated boarding to say, “The flight is canceled, go to E37” which led to a mad scramble, leaving seniors and families with children behind late in the evening. And when we got a representative on the phone, @FlyFrontier would not cover hotel, meals and offered only a @FlyFrontier voucher. Unacceptable. Terrible customer service, and terrible example of leadership @Barry_biffle. A family trip ruined, missed work, missed school, all because your team lied, delayed and refused to serve its customers. Thanks for the 26 hour delay and an entire day spent wasted in @PHXSkyHarbor for a layover. Oh, and @Barry_biffle you clearly do not respond to DMs, and neither does your social media team. Do better.

@rossjonesWXYZ @wxyzdetroit When he stole money from Help Eliminate Auto Thefts, we asked as part of the sentencing agreement that he never would work in law enforcement again. Clearly that was not the case.
