Lmao, without Hausa, they are nothing. I mean, they are nothing, and let them do it now. We want them to stop doing anything associated with Hausa. Leave alone our culture and traditions. Ninety-five percent of them are Fulani by blood but Hausa linguistically. They can’t even speak their language 😂

Hausa soldiers (from the Gold Coast Hausa Constabulary/Regiment) were key recruits in the colonial army, mainly from northern territories. Many fought in WWI and WWII for Britain. Ex-servicemen from these units returned and joined the 1948 Accra protests that helped accelerate Ghana's push for independence alongside the political work of the Big Six and others. Ghana's independence was a shared effort across regions and faiths.

@Ag_targi_ @Iamindo0 @A6da11ah_M5 That’s a good point, but your people often complain about Hausa and Swahili adopting Arabic words. However, Hausa is part of the same language family as Arabic, so words can be similar.

Everytime I talk about being Hausa these people will come to tell me I should change my surname… they cannot imagine people can be so accommodating to adopt their names. Well my father’s full name are: Muhammadu Bello Balarabe

They will mock Hausas openly, use derogatory slurs against us, try to erase our history, and sometimes even deny our existence entirely. Yet the same people who claim to fight “tribalism” stay silent. No outrage, no lectures, no campaigns. But the moment Hausas defend themselves or respond, suddenly it becomes “you’re dividing the North,” “you’re against Arewa,” “you’re against Muslims,” or they start throwing labels like arna and Maguzawa. I would rather proudly be called Bamaguje than surrender my identity just to please hypocrites. So Bello Turji and other Fulani terrorists killing Hausa people across Zamfara, Sokoto, Katsina and other parts of the North are supposedly “uniting Arewa”? Is that the unity we’re talking about? Was there ever truly a united Arewa, or was it always an alliance where one side benefited more while the Hausa man carried the burden? What exactly has the ordinary Hausa man gained from this so called alliance besides bloodshed, insecurity, insults, and being told to remain silent while his people are attacked?

I also share your sentiments brother. Just because you’re Hausa, doesn’t mean you have to be muslim of course, amma in dai screenshots ɗin sa da gaske ne gaskiya I feel a bit uneasy. Kada kuma rainin addini ya shigo lamarin namu. Most of us are muslim at the end of the day.
Ministan Shaddah👳🏽‍♂️(M.S)@A6da11ah_M5

I have addressed this before: a Hausa man is a Hausa man regardless of his religious beliefs. It is asinine to imply that a non-Muslim Hausa man is less Hausa than a Muslim Hausa man.

If the Emir of Kano can boldly identify as Fulani Emir occupying Hausa traditional throne by Fulani jihad, how is it difficult to differentiate Hausawa from Fulani in the State? This singular act makes Hausawa and Fulani binary very clear with ethnically segregated clarity.

I think this guy @Millz_umar is on a mission to create destabilization and obstruct peace in the North. In places like Kano and Katsina, it’s difficult to separate who identifies more as Hausa or Fulani because the cultures and families are deeply connected. Posting lies, propaganda, and divisive narratives only fuels tension. At this point, it genuinely feels like he’s being funded to spread chaos, because nothing about his posts reflects the reality of the people there. @Abdul_Ahmad_ @abdool_moh @Arewa_Source @MatasanArewaT

We must come up with a road map to ensure that the next generation of Hausawa do not experience the humiliation endured by their ancestors. And for that to happen some of these people need get the Qing dynasty treatment

Miyetti Allah and some other Fulani groups have reportedly urged Fulani residents in Nasarawa State not to support Ahmad Aliyu Wadada’s 2027 governorship ambition solely because he is of Hausa origin, without citing any other reasons. Hausawa open your eyes wallahi

Funny how you blame millions of Hausa parents instead of holding politicians accountable for weaponizing poverty and unemployment for political gain. So stop acting like Hausas invented it. Hausawa in Kano produced scholars, businessmen, kings, judges, soldiers, and intellectuals long before your ancestors arrived hausaland. If politicians truly cared about the youth, they would invest in education and jobs instead of turning struggling young people into political tools. Blaming Hausa parents only exposes your bias, not intelligence. He decided to only use Hausa youth as tools for campaigning while Fulani’s are enjoying. So if you accuse Hausas of bad parenting, then what do you call Fulani parenting with raising terrorists, kidnappers, bandits, and prostitutes among their people? Ehh ?

Kwankwasl didnt make yaran hausawa 'yan daba, he only made use of the ill-trained children he found on ur streets. Hausawa hav history of bad parenting & abdicating their responsibility. Train ur children so dat no politician can use them as his thugs.
Millz@Millz_umar

The highest level of foolishness is not knowing your own value and what is harming you. Among all the people that Kwankwaso has turned into “YAN DABA,” bring me even one person that is Fulani? From what I have seen, all of them are Hausa, and it is Hausa people who fight their own brothers while trying to get votes for Kwankwaso. But when elections are won, it is Fulani who benefit, they are the ones who get most of the top offices and scholarships to different countries. And this is what keeps showing the world that the Fulani community has embraced modern education more than the Hausa. Research conducted by our group recently showed that about 80% of federal government scholarships in this country are enjoyed by Fulani, while 20% go to Hausa majority and other minority tribes. Kwankwaso is the one who has fought Hausa people the most in the whole of the North since democracy returned in 1999. But what is painful is that Hausa people are still his strong base, and if you point out this truth to them, they will attack you. So at this point, I don’t even care if people say a Hausa person is foolish, because our own people have already represented us in foolishness. May Allah guide them.
