That's the thing we do… We have this desire to always scale our achievements with what others have and what they dont have…as though the quality of our lives, a checkmate of our progress and momentum is anchored on how others are living,what others have achieved…

For example, if the requirement for a certain position is 10 and a woman has only 6 qualifications, she is likely to hesitate in pursuing that opportunity. In contrast, a man with 5 or even 4 qualifications may still go for it and get the job done.

I believe there is a significant distinction between men and women regarding audacity: there seem to be more audacious men than women. I do not agree that there are fewer competent and qualified women in the world; I think there are simply more audacious men.
