Although these type of exercises are usually used in ankle sprain rehab, we should think about using them to ? reduce the risk of injury and improve performance at this time of year. Start with 2-3 x week, 30-90 secs per exercise depending on ability and current fitness. Progress as able over 6-12 weeks.
