No dear. The primary victim of THAT phrase are girls. It is often said to dismiss harmful stereotypes and behaviors perpetuated by boys. You could’ve used ‘toxic masculinity’ to make your point instead of reclaiming a phrase that has historical been used to reinforce gender bias
