@dykeline i wouldn’t say easily visualize cause different parts have different levels of access, but for us we have to focus in on it intentionally and we really only use it as a communication tool

For those who easily visualize headspace: Is it more of a constant thing, or do you have to purposefully focus on it?

@TheBr0kenSystem If they know what DID is it should be easy to explain! the alters being the different identities/self-states that come from the disorder and the system just being what all those parts of a person are referred to when speaking of them as a collective.

I finally fronted after many years of being trapped in our mind prison and I'm finding that I don't really like the term headmate. I am at a loss for what to replace it with; it would be nice if there were a more compelling term.
