انتہائی ادب سے ڈاکٹر صاحب، یہ ٹسٹ والی بات تو بالکل ہی معیوب ہے۔ اگر ٹسٹ سے پتا چل بھی جائے کہ اس پیڑھی میں خطرہ نہیں ہے تو بھی اگلی پیڑھیوں میں خطرہ خطرناک حد تک بڑھ جائے گا۔ تو پھر اس جہالت کا آغاز ہی کیوں کریں؟؟؟ آپ نے دلیل سی بات کی مگر زیادہ تر لوگ گالیاں نکالنے اور کافر قرار دینے پر اتر آتے ہیں۔ ہر چیز مذہب کی ایک خاص عینک سے دیکھتے ہیں۔ اپنی، اپنی قوم اور آنے والی نسلوں کی تباہی پر آمادہ ہیں۔

What I understand is this: our Afghan brothers say they drove out Russia, America, and the West ,they are probably correct but the problem is that those powers came to Afghanistan to fight a war, not to defend its land or people. They achieved the very interests for which they came. For fifty years, no sustainable infrastructure has been built there; there are terrible ethnic civil wars, hatred, and divisions that keep the people in perpetual conflict. This does not mean that the Afghan nation is bad, nor that what the imperial powers staged on their soil was ever favorable to any humane society. Today, Afghan land remains a hotbed of some of the worst atrocities, under the watch of the entire world. However, their perception of Pakistan may be somewhat mistaken. Since Pakistan’s geography and border are directly connected to Afghanistan, and Pakistan considers itself a sovereign state recognized as such by the international community ,it will certainly fight to protect its territorial integrity. If attacks occur daily under the nose of the Afghan government against Pakistan, Pakistan will inevitably respond. Based on my limited understanding of international law: Pakistan is a sovereign state, it sees itself as such, and it has built an army specifically to defend that sovereignty. What happened with Russia and America may not be repeated with Pakistan, because Afghanistan was not their homeland, whereas for Pakistan, this is its own soil and it will ensure the protection of its geography by all means. History shows that when insurgency persists, the state continues to fight until it ends. The record of past conflicts proves that a state does not simply surrender; it fights as long as insurgent threats exist and Pakistan is prepared to do exactly that for as long as the insurgency continues. Despite the fact that elements within the Pakistani establishment once supported or helped foster the Taliban in the region, the balance of world politics and interests has now shifted. The Taliban, which once stood primarily for a radical Islamist ideology, now appears to be building new coalitions including ties with India a country currently ruled by radical Hindutva groups that harbor deep hostility toward Muslims. Such alignments clearly go against Pakistan’s national interests. And, of course, Pakistan will defend its interests at any cost. The Taliban are also repressing their own people including women and ethnic minorities by excluding them from political participation. How can a state survive under such repression? This is the right time for the Afghan government to focus on internal development instead of sheltering terrorist hideouts on its soil and allowing them to attack and kill innocent people across the border. As a brotherly country, Afghanistan should eradicate those elements from its land that alone can guarantee peace and stability in the region. In the end, what have people truly gained from all these wars? Displacement, refugees, drugs, and violence. While the West, after World War II, rebuilt its nations, established collective economies, and even created organizations like NATO, why can’t the states of our region come together for peace and prosperity? How many more years must these wars go on? There are millions of people on both sides of the border who are weary of bloodshed and suffering. It would be far better to engage in dialogue, cooperate, and share intelligence on terrorist movements to ensure lasting peace for both nations.
