@MindDynamo That was the opposite of what happened in the island experiment. 😆

The Perfect Barbell Back Row Workout
1. Stance.
Stand about hip-width apart with your feet rooted into the floor
2. Grip.
Grab the bar at shoulder width or just slightly wider
3. Bar Position.
Start with the bar close to your shins not drifting forward If the bar moves away from you you lose leverage
4. Spine Position.
Keep a neutral spine no rounding no excessive arching
5. Torso Angle.
Hinge forward so your torso is about 30-45° from horizontal.
As you row, don't stand up that shifts tension to the upper traps and turns it into a shrug
6. Elbow Path.
Don't flare your elbows out to 90°. Instead, keep them around 45° from your body to better target the mid-back rhomboids and lats.
A superwide row still works but you'll often lose balance and leverage
7. Bar Path.
Don't pull the bar straight up toward your chest. Instead, row in a slight arc toward your belly button or upper abs.

According to psychology, ghosting isn’t always about disinterest.
Sometimes, it’s about emotional overwhelm. When sadness becomes intense, communication can feel exhausting.
Explaining emotions requires clarity and energy… both of which are often limited during difficult moments.
Instead of expressing what they feel, some people withdraw. This is a form of emotional avoidance and self-protection.
They may fear being judged, misunderstood, or seen as a burden. So silence becomes the safer option.
It allows them to process privately without the pressure to perform or explain. In many cases, they don’t intend to disappear permanently.
They just don’t yet know how to stay connected while they’re struggling. So they step back until they feel more stable.
This doesn’t always mean they don’t care. Sometimes, it means they don’t know how to show up while they’re hurting.

The Peek-a-Boo style is explosive and seriously effective, but dangerous if you use it wrong.
Strike in rhythm, then slip off the center line. Don't linger in front of your opponent and turn into a sitting target.
Smart angles are what separate good from great. Watch, learn, and master the method.
