Last week I built Chroma with Remy. Upload a photo, get your color palette, hairstyles, the works. Stylists charge hundreds. Mine does it for a few bucks. Then I realized I was paying for the compute. So I told Remy we need to cook. It scoped a $12 paywall, wired up Stripe, gated the premium features. My generous friend (see video) tested it, hit the paywall, paid, and I had dinner money. This is what a PM agent does. Every other AI tool would have made me figure out the monetization myself.
