Next year , at the relaunch and official unveiling of @MindVerse_ I will tell you about the hustle of running a startup that sells a service. It's total chaos and Hollywood-esq . I have stories for days . But for now am super grateful for the journey and progress made. Phase 2

Set a Reset Ritual Start your week with a 5-minute morning routine to ground yourself. Try deep breathing, jotting down three things you're grateful for, or setting one clear intention for the day. This small act can boost focus, reduce stress, and help you approach work.

Being involved in cases of mental health treatment and rehabilitation has taught me one bitter truth. Some people get addicted to the attention and care that comes from their trauma and never want to give it up for proper healing. We can easily tell when it's real or unreal.

Why? Extreme weather disrupts routines, threatens safety, and breeds helplessness. Heatwaves, for instance, crank up irritability and aggression—research ties higher temps to more conflict. Meanwhile, losing homes to floods can shatter your sense of stability.

Bad weather, like storms, floods, or heatwaves, can directly mess with your head. Studies show natural disasters spike rates of acute stress and grief—sometimes lasting years. Even subtle shifts, like prolonged gloomy days, can trigger seasonal affective disorders.

Climate change isn’t just a physical crisis, it’s a mental health one too. Rising temperatures, extreme weather, and environmental uncertainty are linked to increased anxiety, depression, and even PTSD. The American Psychological Association calls it "climate anxiety."
