Research out of the US Air Force Academy found that the motivation of the least fit person in the squadron determined how much the entire squadron improved (or didn’t) on their fitness tests. Surround yourself wisely.

Anybody else experienced shocking service from @OneDayOnlycoza. Order processed and money taken 21 May. Goods not yet dispatched. 2 emails with a lame auto response. So they take your money in a day. Deliver the goods, maybe never

Shocking service from @webafrica. Requested a service in our new home. Previous installation on the premises. @webafrica are unable or unwilling to resolve a problem that would take 1 phone call to the other ISP. Call center agent agrees I should cancel my order.

@vumatel @webafrica @vumatel @webafrica the line was canceled by the previous owners in November 2019. Surely this situation is not an unusual one. It seems the simplest route for me is to sign up with the ISP who is currently holding the line.

@webafrica Firstly that is not obvious anywhere on your website. Secondly how is an email urgent. I have already gone that route with no joy. Complain on social media and you at least respond. The problem has not yet been resolved but at least I don't feel like I'm being ignored anymore

@webafrica @vumatel Then @vumatel lied to me because they told me that such a protocol does exist. I just want the service I don't care who is stopping who. How is that my problem?

@Mindful_Runner Kindly note we have no authority to call another ISP to release a fibre line locked to their services. This as mentioned in your Facebook inbox would need to be done by the infrastructure provider @vumatel

@webafrica You have no formal complaints channel and no way for me to escalate a problem. Reception put me through to Support call center who put me back to Activations who had already told me they couldn't help. Social Media is the last recourse
