While the nation is furious over the absolute horror that's happened in Rajasthan with a little girl , a shocking case has come from Kerala where a girl made allegations against several boys and now the case is falling flat.
A 20 year old man was picked up and allegedly brutally assaulted by cops over these allegations though the medical proved nothing. He didn't even know the girl and she is sister of his ex classmate
Police is probing why the girl would make such allegations falsely & if there are actual abusers.

▪️A 13-year-old girl's allegations of sexual abuse against 10 persons in Kerala's Koodal were found to be false during the police investigation, bringing the case to a close with no evidence against those accused. ▪️During the investigation, a 20-year-old boy from Pathanamthitta alleged that he was subjected to brutal custodial assault by Koodal Police despite having no connection with the case. According to him, police had first taken his brother into custody and, on July 3, brought him to the police quarters for identification in connection with POCSO complaint. ▪️The boy alleged that Sub-Inspector Jayamohan and other police officers verbally abused him, beat him with a cane, kicked him with boots, pulled his hair, and twisted his ears while questioning him. He claimed that despite informing the officers that he had undergone open-heart surgery 2 years earlier and was a heart patient, they continued to assault him for repeatedly denying any involvement with the girl. ▪️According to the boy, he initially did not recognise the girl and only identified her as the younger sister of a former classmate after being shown her photograph. He maintained that he had never met or spoken to her. He further stated that medical examination documented his injuries and police released him after concluding that he was not involved in the case. ▪️The boy and his family have lodged a formal complaint with the Home Minister, seeking action against the police officers responsible for the assault.
