@LoudGunner I think most people are complaining the fact that this is called, but so many of Argentina’s fouls aren’t being called. Seems awfully convenient. For eg: enzo fernandez did a blatant dive against cabo verde in the middle of the field, and no VAR check, foul against Cabo verde

I've seen many fans say FIFA favoured Argentina. But if we're being honest, this isn't about Argentina. It's about the Laws of the Game. Simulation is a cautionable offence. If you dive to deceive the referee, it's a yellow card. If you're already on a yellow, it's a red. Breel Embolo had already been booked. VAR corrected the referee's initial decision, the yellow was shown for simulation, and by law it became a second yellow. Whether you like the outcome or not, I think the referee got this one right.
