I do rarely say something is a must-read. But this thorough investigation by @arusbridger certainly is. If @lisanandy and Ofcom don't do anything now, they are complicit in letting the UK media landscape slide towards a lawless propaganda world like in the US.

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Instead of saying “We don’t have enough safe PPE” they changed the threat level of the pandemic so it would match the protective equipment we had. Gaslighting NHS workers while knowingly infecting them.

So Russia provides intel to Iran to help them in war against the US, and in reply Trump lifts sanctions on Russian oil. Almost as though he wants to make Putin the winner in all this

The intervention was sobering. Under the proposed regime, Sir Alan Bates would have had his fate decided by a Magistrate. He would have had no right to appeal. We would never have known of the Post Office scandal.
