On this day in 1983, Fun Boy Three's version of "Our Lips Are Sealed" entered the UK charts at No. 30. Co-written by Jane Wiedlin and Terry Hall, the song was first released in 1981 by The Go-Go's. Both versions are brilliant.

They simply don't make musical acts like this anymore.

It's reported that John Lennon first heard this on the radio and said "Is that Paul? Christ that's one hell of a groove"
