Generally speaking, all the programs that had buzzwords were cut and all that didn't were funded even if they didn't correlate to what they actually did. It would be words like "diversity" (w/r/t species)

Vermont is an extreme outlier of average "flatness" aka- it is the single least flat state that isn't a literal volcanic island.

The Arby's in Knoxville deserves to be mentioned alongside the Colosseum and Acropolis. Looking at it you'd half expect Indiana Jones to emerge from the woods looking for some mythical religious relic. A testament to civilization conquering wilderness.
