@marksandspencer had a new Sonoma extra large sideboard delivered this afternoon, first time we’ve ever had an issue with your furniture, but this time delivery team left the still boxed item in position & left (quickly).

@BootsUK Thank you for replying, I’d rather not give our personal details online but I’ll try calling one more time next week.

@BootsUK have been going round in circles with your automated system in attempting to cancel a flu vaccination appointment. Really didn’t want to just be a ‘no show’ but regrettably your system leaves me no alternative.

@ContactKingston not sure if anyone else has reported but outside 79 Devon Way/corner of Newlands Way KT9 a black wheelie bin appears to have been discarded, been there around 2-3 weeks.

@AskNationwide was there an issue with some interest payments on savings accounts end of last year? Had interest on 2 accounts end last year but today noticed have had 2 further (small) ‘interest’ payments.

@virginmedia we had a short power cut at home yesterday & this morning landline not working, unable to report as vulnerable 80 yo @ home left without phone. I’m using my mobile to tweet here, at work so not able to call.
English

@MinnieM40 @MartinSLewis Please reassure her that it will not work like that and no IHT to pay when spouse inherits. She’s already inherited, anyway so they can’t backdate things.
English

@parthaskar could I ask please, can a GP prescribe Dexcom One+
Under care of specialist hospital but unable to get DSN appointment until December. 80 YO T1 (mother) of 56 years on new insulin & having numerous hypos, struggling to cope. Will self fund out of desperation.
English

@AskNationwide Thank you Liberty, we’ve just chatted online and all now sorted.

@AskNationwide our ISA interest is due today but we’ve logged on to our account and nothing is showing?

@MinnieM40 Thanks for confirming this Clare. I've now shared the details with the Store Manager in Kingston. They will review your feedback and look into how this can be improved going forward. Many thanks for letting us know - Sarah

@marksandspencer what’s happening at your Kingston upon Thames store? It’s proving virtually impossible to do a ‘big’ food shop due to ongoing lack of trolleys, broken lifts to the car park? Feels like the store is trying to change to quick/small food shops only, such a shame.
English

@marksandspencer usually every Saturday around 11-12 mid week too lifts over this weekend 2 out of 3 not working went on for quite a few weeks intermittently with saying out of order. Trolleys first noticed around a month ago, thought it was a one-off but now it’s ’hunt the trolley’ every time.
English

@MinnieM40 Hi Clare, I'm really sorry to hear about the issues you've had in our Kingston store recently. Please can you share what date (s) you've experienced this and times if possible? I'd like to feed this back to the management team - Sarah

@parthaskar Just to add this isn’t a complaint as we know everyone is so busy but didn’t know if 18 month reviews were the new requirement.
English

@parthaskar Yes she is, she used to be seen annually but we’ve just had her annual review letter through and it’s changed to 18 months. She’s really struggling & has a number of complications, we have a DSN appointment in 3 weeks when we are trying to get mum sorted re a cgm.
English

@parthaskar genuine question please - are all T1s meant to have an annual review? 80 yo T1 mother (56 years T1) now on 18 month review? Starting new insulin, struggling to access CGM of choice (not currently on anything), she’s feeling isolated :(
