The big 30, catches up to you when you’re not looking but I feel blessed. In the end it just feels like another number but I’m grateful for all I’ve experienced & learned. Especially thankful for experiences & quality friendships I’ve gained along the way.

2024 has been hard for me. A couple of months ago I found out that my mom is sick with cancer, and after that realization, it's just been going down for... Problems in my family related to things I can't even talk about out loud because it hurts too much.. 😀
I struggle a lot with focusing on myself, my needs, and my mental health and I've been putting everyone else before me because family is and has always been the most important thing to me.
But this has affected my mental health a lot, leading to me feeling frustrated 24/7 and extremely exhausted. I have a hard time doing simple things for myself because I'm putting all my energy into being there for other people.
I'm never gonna stop with this, but my goal for 2025 is to be better at taking care of myself and my mental health. And to try to be better at talking about my feelings to the people that love me, because I've been shutting every emotion down and I feel like I might explode soon.
2024 was rock bottom for me, and I've been feeling sad and frustrated, feeling that life is unfair.
But feeling like this will not do me or anyone good, I will be working and wishing for a better 2025.
